Lisa returns with her most popular class! This workout is carefully designed to strengthen all major muscles of the upper body, lower body, and core using body weight, free weights, and a variety of other equipment. Modifications and progressions are shown to ensure everyone is challenged appropriate to their ability. All levels are welcome, and all equipment is provided.
